Victor Evidence Legal

Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for responsible and authorized use of Victor Evidence systems.

Effective date: September 4, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy governs use of the Victor Evidence website and any approved Victor Evidence Medical prototype account. It supplements the Terms of Use.

1. Authorized Evaluation

Use the prototype only for the medical, clinical, academic, research, technical, or other evaluation purpose for which access was approved and in accordance with applicable laws, institutional requirements, and professional obligations.

2. No Autonomous Clinical Decision-Making

Do not treat the prototype as an autonomous authority for diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, triage, emergency decisions, or other clinical decisions. Qualified professionals remain responsible for independent judgment, source verification, and compliance with applicable standards.

3. Emergency Use

Do not rely on Victor Evidence Medical for emergency care or time-critical medical intervention. Use appropriate emergency and professional healthcare channels.

4. Patient and Sensitive Data

Do not submit patient-identifiable information, PHI, medical records, or confidential patient information through public contact or access-application forms. Do not introduce sensitive data into any prototype environment unless that specific use has been authorized and the required technical, contractual, institutional, and legal controls are in place.

5. Account Security

6. System Integrity

Do not disrupt, overload, damage, probe, scan, exploit, or interfere with the website, prototype, APIs, infrastructure, evidence sources, or connected services. Do not introduce malware or use automated methods in a manner that threatens availability, security, or integrity.

7. Proprietary and Patent-Pending Technology

VictorMind and Victor Evidence contain proprietary mathematical and engineered intelligence technology, and patent applications covering aspects of both systems are pending.

Prototype access does not authorize unauthorized reverse engineering, extraction, reconstruction, reproduction, disclosure, publication, benchmarking intended to expose protected implementation details, or creation of derivative or competing implementations of proprietary theories, equations, methods, architecture, evidence-control processes, source code, or other protected material, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

8. Misrepresentation

Do not represent prototype output as guaranteed, independently certified, clinically validated, regulatory approved, or suitable for autonomous clinical use unless such a representation has been separately and expressly established by the appropriate authority.

9. Unlawful, Deceptive, or Harmful Use

Do not use the service to violate law, commit fraud, impersonate others, obtain unauthorized access, infringe intellectual-property rights, compromise privacy, or intentionally create or facilitate patient-safety risks.

10. Evidence and Output

Do not remove or deliberately obscure source attribution when it is material to evaluation of evidence. Users should preserve the distinction between retrieved source evidence, VictorMind reasoning processes, Victor Evidence evidence control, and language-model-supported expression when describing the system.

11. Research Conduct

Users conducting formal research are responsible for obtaining any institutional approvals, ethics review, permissions, consents, or other authorization required for their own research activity. Prototype access itself does not provide those approvals.

12. Enforcement

Victor Evidence may investigate suspected violations and may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect security, intellectual property, legal compliance, patient safety, or the integrity of the research program.

13. Reporting Concerns

Security, privacy, misuse, or policy concerns may be reported through contact.html.
